The functionalities of Electronic Bank Payments extend beyond selecting bills and expenses to pay. You have the option to activate payment approval routing and automatically send payment batches for approval to multiple approvers. Each approver receives an email notification that they need to review and approve the payment batches. With payment processing queue capabilities, you can submit multiple payment batches for processing and rearrange them in the queue to prioritize urgent payments.

In the event that changes need to be made, you have the ability to roll back changes, select one or more payments to reverse, or recreate the payment file entirely. Payment reversals allow you to take control by setting the date and period for the reversal, simplifying month-end procedures. Furthermore, you can set individual reasons for the reversal, which are stored in the memo field for easy reconciliations.

The solution also includes a notification feature, which enables you to send payment notifications directly from the solution. You can send a single message to inform everyone about to be paid or customize messages at the individual payment level if necessary. The sender can change the default recipient and add additional recipients in To, CC, and BCC fields. Email templates are also available and can be customized, streamlining the payment notification process and communication.
